James Tasca started his real estate career at the early age of 23. This exposure and experience has created a well rounded individual that understands the many aspects of Commercial Real Estate.
James has an excellent understanding of Real Estate Appraisal, Law, Financing, Assessment and Taxation, acquired through schooling and his previous employment. His Real Estate related educational background includes a Designation from the Institute of Municipal Assessors, Real Property Assessment Certification from the University of British Columbia, Real Property Administration Diploma from Seneca College and an Urban Land Economics Diploma from the University of British Columbia. He is also currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business in Real Estate Degree, as well as a Certified Commercial Investment Member Designation (CCIM).
James also has extensive experience in Marketing as well as Customer Service. With these assets, his enthusiasm and genuine care for his clients, he will be able to address the needs and wants of his clients and make the experience of buying, selling or leasing your next commercial property a pleasurable and informative experience.
