About Richard Sloan

Richard Sloan was originally born in Oshawa, but has lived in the GTA for most of his life. He is married and the proud father of two children.

Richard was orignially trained as a steamfitter and is still a proud member of the United Association of Plumbers and Steamfitters, Local 46. Although he enjoyed the precision required in steamfitting, he wanted a career that would allow him to work closely with people. Real estate was an easy choice.

Richard is passionate about his career, and always strives to put his clients first. He has a special interest in commercial real estate because he understands that it can be more challenging and more rewarding for his clients. Most people have some idea what residential real estate entails, but commercial real estate may be an intimidating venture. Richard would like to help everyone with their commercial real estate needs. He is happy to provide as much or as little advice and input as needed, with always the same goal of keeping his clients satisifed.
